360client™ Overview
360imaging® is one of the only dental imaging labs in the world to offer a software program that facilitates secure, HIPAA-compliant sending and receiving of image data. This program, 360clientTM, allows your office to maintain an encrypted link to our 360digital labTM so that when you're ready to upload an image to us, we're ready to receive it. Once the case workup has been completed, your computer receives the finished case right through the 360clientTM software automatically and the patient's name shows up in bold to let you know that a new case is ready to review.
With 360clientTM, dragging and dropping files to transfer them is a thing of the past. When you're ready to send a patient's images to us, click "Create Order" in 360clientTM and fill out the on-screen form. When you're done, 360clientTM will encrypt the form and the images and upload them to us immediately. When you're ready to review the completed case workup, just click the "Results" button in 360clientTM. It's really as simple as that! |
